The aim is to help schools identify strengths as well as areas for development in performance outcomes, delivery of education (all areas of teaching and learning), policy development and planning, management and support of staff, partnerships and resources and school leadership.

Coffee Bean Education offers a comprehensive School Review service using a school audit tool developed by Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Education (HMIE) called How Good Is Our School? This can either be used to look at a specific issue or range of issues in a school, or for a whole school audit.

Often linked to a school review, our strategic planning service is designed to help senior managers and school governors plan a cycle of strategic activities that permit longer-term steering of a school in response to a changing environment. So far as is possible we aim to help future-proof schools by creating a practical and achievable operational development plan.
